To make the footballing experience as emotional as possible, RB Leipzig offers fans with disabilities various services to enable accessible participation on matchday.
Here you will find all the information you need about a barrier-free stadium experience, ticket purchasing and much more.
The ground can be reached using tram lines 3, 7, 8 and 15 (stops "Waldplatz" or "Sportforum").
All season and day tickets serve as valid passes on public transport for four hours before and after the match across the whole MDV network.
Parking spaces are available in front of the stadium (P2, Friedrich-Ebert-Straße 122, 04105 Leipzig) upon presentation of a valid ID (EU disabled parking permit or blue disabled parking permit).
For stadium visitors who use a wheelchair or walker, we have designated seats in Sectors B and C. Our severely disabled, deaf and visually impaired fans will still have their seats in Sector A-Oberrang.
Access for fans with disabilities is via the Main Building South (Hauptgebäude-Süd) entrance in the main building (to the left of the main entrance, opposite the stadium square).
On site, our volunteers from the FREUNDE programme will be available as contact persons and helpers at any time.

After renovation work in the Red Bull Arena, we now have a total of 99 seats for fans using wheelchairs or walkers, which is double the previous capacity (previously 48).

For our fans who are blind, we offer reporting at our first team's home and away matches. Up to 20 fans - together with an accompanying person - can experience the games in a stadium atmosphere and enjoy the excitement live.
A "flying service" provides fans with food and drinks at their seats in the Red Bull Arena.
You will be given receivers with headphones at your seat by the reporters at every home match upon presentation of your ID card or season ticket. You are also welcome to bring your own headphones.

For our fans who are hard of hearing, 42 seats are available in a separate block in Block 123 (Sector A upper tier), six of the seats are reserved for away fans. One of our sign language interpreters translates directly on the screen and also interprets moderations, interviews, security announcements etc. within the block.
Additionally, a DEAF supervisor will be on site during the matches as a contact person. Every guest with a hearing impairment also receives a vibrating alarm receiver, which the interpreter can use to signal when new information is being communicated.
The food and drink menus are also displayed on the counters at the kiosks in the Sector A upper tier to make the ordering process easier for fans with hearing impairments by pointing out the desired products.
