Be brave. Master challenges. Try out new things. Fulfil your dreams.
You Can Do Anything.
A crazy stadium party to celebrate reaching the Champions League semi-final in August. A family-friendly party in front of the Red Bull Arena to mark the start of the season. Away trips to Manchester or Liverpool with thousands of RBL fans. Those were some our football dreams over the past twelve months.
Instead:
Pandemic and lockdown. Home-schooling and team calls. Mandatory masks and disinfectant spray. Many supposedly important things have had to suddenly take a back seat.
This difficult time has pushed every one of us to our limits in different ways, but it has shown that we will not be discouraged. We will stand together and make the best of this situation alongside one another.
However, it is here that professional football enjoys a privilege. We are permitted to continue to pursue our profession and passion. And we know that for many, football is an incredibly important distraction from everyday life. Football is known to be the most beautiful distraction in the world, and in such difficult times, distractions are all the more important. Here at RB Leipzig, we want to inspire emotion. We want to make a difference.
Inspire them to believe in themselves and to remain optimistic. Inspire them to realise their own dreams, no matter how big or small. Inspire them to overcome difficulties. Inspire them to realise what they’re really capable of.
Be brave. Try something new. Fulfil childhood dreams. This is also the inspiration of our players who now want to pass this message on themselves. Here, Tyler Adams, Kevin Kampl, Marcel Sabitzer and Konrad Laimer will tell you about their journey to professional football and what hurdles they had to overcome.
To kick things off, we'll take you on a wild rollercoaster ride through the wide-ranging world of Red Bull and sport. Over the coming weeks, we will take you on a journey with extraordinary videos and photos as Tyler, Kevin, Marcel and Konni face special challenges off the pitch. They meet other athletes and artists, are inspired by their skills and dive into a whole new world of experiences.
We will also take a look behind the scenes and give our fans the opportunity to win similar spectacular experiences.
You can do anything in der Red Bull Arena! Unser Team um Julian Nagelsmann rockt die Kabine; Weltklasse-Skateboarder Vladik Scholz und Freerunning-Ikone Jason Paul erobern gemeinsam mit das Stadion und die Stadt Leipzig.
Full throttle in the "City of Iron"! Marcel Sabitzer and Konrad Laimer meet the legendary Driftbrothers Elias and Joe Hountdondji in Ferropolis and drift between coal excavators across the festival grounds in a 620hp and 730hp racing car.
Kevin Kampl checks in at the legendary Red Bull Music Studios Berlin and meets music virtuoso Christian Prommer.
Raimund Riedmann, chief pilot of the Red Bull Flying Bulls, flies Tyler Adams from the airfield in Böhlen for a crazy air show over Leipzig.
Since being founded on 19 May 2009, RB Leipzig have followed a unique path, taking them from the fourth division to the UEFA Champions League in just eight years. RB Leipzig stands for attractive and dynamic football, with young and ambitious players and a clear philosophy which has been fully incorporated into our 17 youth teams.
RB Leipzig means football fun for the whole family, in a peaceful environment and with a great atmosphere. With the support of an entire region, this club is making its way towards new horizons.
RB Leipzig is young, dynamic, feisty, and open-minded. RB Leipzig wants to inspire people to fulfil their potential. In Leipzig, in Germany, and all over the world. We want to keep writing history – our club is only just getting started.
This club has always valued continuous development. We see potential and create opportunities for that potential to be reached, both on and off the pitch. For all our players – from the men’s teams to the women’s, from the pros to the under 8s. For all our staff – from the interns to the managing directors. And, above all, for our fans.
With our motto, "YOU CAN DO ANYTHING", we want to inspire everyone to get the best out of themselves and to not let setbacks get them down. To overcome obstacles and to not be disheartened by critics or doubters.
Because in life, not least in football, every defeat is a chance to keep working on yourself. A chance to improve even more.
We want to transmit this message to our fans, inspiring them to tackle their daily challenges with enthusiasm, be that at home, at work, at school, at university or in your free time.
On the pitch, our strategy is clear. We look to use young, talented players and hope to improve them and give them a chance to develop as best they can.
OLIVER MINTZLAFF:
We would like to pass this idea onto our fans by inspiring and supporting them in the following areas:
Our football school will follow a new plan. This shake-up will see kids and young people get a lot more individual attention – depending on their ability, interests and expectations. Aside from just taking part in the camps, participants will also be able to take advantage of a football school community with regular things on offer, including tutorials, drills and individual coaching.
Not everybody is born with the ability of a Bundesliga player, however everyone should have the chance to play sport in good conditions, whether that is at school, on a small football pitch, at a club, in a fitness studio or in the park. Be excited for what we’ll have to offer soon.
Gaming is an established part of our digital day-to-day life. Our eSports team “RBLZ Gaming” represents young and ambitious people, who want to achieve all they can in the virtual football world, and they train every day to reach this goal. Other FIFA enthusiasts can benefit from our players’ skills and experiences through tutorial, workshops and events.

As a football club, we are involved in various faculties, such as training science, sports medicine, education, economics, communication and marketing. We’ve got lots of expertise in these fields, also through our partners. Here, our fans can profit from our knowledge through events, workshops, internships and by shadowing people at work.
Creativity drives us on both on and off the pitch. We like new ideas, approaches and solutions, and above all, we want to contribute to and make use of digital development. That includes using social media, photography, graphics, creative writing, video content, campaigns or events. We want to encourage our fans to be creative so that they can help develop great ideas too. Currently, some fans are contributing with some strong ideas for the rebuild of the stadium.
The Red Bull Arena will become a learning centre. Lernot Stadion e.V. will work together with RB Leipzig and the fan project Leipzig in the future to provide an opportunity for extracurricular education for young people in socially challenging situations. As well as that, we want to live up to our social responsibility with campaigns like “Unser Ball ist bunt” (Our ball is colourful).
