Sustainability and having a sustainable structure at our club are imperative for us to ensure long-term success on the pitch as well as in an economical sense.
Sporting success remains our most important goal. Our holistic and player-specific work with our youth teams supports the youth players’ overall development both on and off the pitch.
We believe in corporate social responsibility and acting with integrity. We’ve orientated our business activity to ensure we fulfil all legal and regulatory requirements as well as our aspirations to operate sustainably.
Alongside our Code of Conduct, our mandatory compliance guidelines, and our anti-corruption guidelines, we’ve created initiatives and structures within several of our departments, including Human Resources, finance, operations and purchasing amongst others, which work towards achieving the important objectives of our sustainability model.
We also strive to continually develop as an organisation so that we can remain mentally alert and sustainable. To do this, we engage with others and work together with them, creating synergies and combining potential.
We’re convinced that you’re stronger when part of a team, and we therefore place a large importance on long-term partnerships and collaborations.
